Groundswell Capital Helps Bring National Climate Investment to Arizona Communities


We’re proud to share that $13 million in Municipal Investment Fund awards have been announced by ICLEI USA and the Carbon Neutral Cities Alliance, recognizing 52 communities and organizations nationwide that are building bold, local solutions to the climate crisis.


Among them is Groundswell Capital, bringing national visibility to the critical climate and equity work happening right here in Arizona.


This milestone, announced by ICLEI USA and the Carbon Neutral Cities Alliance, is part of a national effort to catalyze local climate, energy, and resilience projects. Through this fund, municipalities are gaining access to the resources they need to pilot and scale equitable climate solutions — and Arizona is receiving targeted support that advances both climate resilience and economic justice.
