About Juntos

The Juntos Program is aimed at empowering individuals to improve their professional skills and job readiness.

We partner with a variety of training and education programs across the state who are helping Arizonans in the trades and other critical job paths.

We reduce obstacles for their graduates by providing a 0% interest microloan to support their ongoing success. These funds can be used to pay for startup costs, certifications, and other related expenses to their new chosen career path.

By supporting entrepreneurs in the trades we are supporting economic development across Arizona enhancing our workforce, and creating opportunities for diverse small businesses.
