About Juntos
Juntos is a 0% interest microloan program for graduates of approved workforce training programs — people who've learned a trade, earned a certification, or completed a course and just need a financial bridge to launch.
We partner with training programs in the trades and skilled services across Arizona. When you graduate, a loan of up to $2,500 is available with no interest, no collateral, and no credit score requirement.
Use the funds for tools, licenses, certifications, startup costs, or anything else your new path requires.
How it Works
To be eligible for the Juntos Fund, you must be enrolled in a partner-approved program, course, or certification. Depending on your program, at enrollment or at graduation - you are eligible to receive a 0% interest loan from Groundswell Capital to help jump-start the next part of your journey!

The program doesn’t just teach technical skills, but develops confident, creative professionals who can thrive both inside and outside the salon. The Juntos Loan helps to cover licensing a equipment costs.

Participants in this program will have access to a 0% interest loan of up to $2,500 per student ($500 for enrollment and up to $2000 upon graduation)

Nation of Barbers Academy, is a Tucson-based vocational training institution providing hands-on barbering education and career preparation. Students complete 1,200 required hours of education and practical training to complete the program and prepare to take the Arizona State Board examination for barber licensure. The Academy prepares students for careers in the barbering industry, including pathways to employment and entrepreneurship.
